Health Benefits of Yoga Stretching

While it’s nice to receive a massage every day that’s not always practical but you can get many of the benefits of a massage by adding stretching to your daily activities. This will also extend the benefits of your massage and give you an overall feeling of health and well-Being. You may notice that you feel more relaxed with lowered stress and blood pressure too.

Because of my love for frogs since I’m a child, I found this chart of Kermit doing Yoga too adorable to pass up.
