From time to time I will be organizing classes/hands-on workshops regarding a committment to Health & Well Being. The first class will be Body Brushing for self care and care for others. I have taught this technique to a group of massage therapists an AMTA event with great success. This class can either be taught as one full day or over 2 days and will be very hands on.
